- Recept van Mount Gay Rum
Uiteraard kan je de Mount Gay Eclipse vervangen door een andere willekeurige rum
45ml Eclipse
22.5ml Mathieu Teisseire vanilla syrup
15ml fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Sparkling water to top
Add all ingredients over ice cubes into a chilled tumbler glass
Stir with a bar spoon
Top up with sparkling water
