The vanilla comes up immediately at the nose with some citrus immediately afterwards.
After resting for a while, the scents of somewhat cinnamon, dried apricot, strawberry sauce and orange zest also come up.
The taste is very sweet with lots of vanilla and orange, some cinnamon, nutmeg and something "sugared?" citrus fruits, raisins and sugar syrup.
Medium finish with sweet with grated orange, some cinnamon and when fading some oak comes forward.

Erik suggests a Knight Cup Rum Cocktail

50 ml Don Papa 7 Rum
25 ml of Cynar ™
10 ml pomegranate liqueur
5 ml sugar syrup
Pour all the ingredients into an ice cold mixing glass and add some ice. Stir well until everything is thoroughly cooled.
Then pour the mix into a highball glass full of ice.
Garnish for a graceful finish with a strip of dried pomegranate.
